The Owners

Nick and Sharon have been in the business for 20 years. Starting as a dishwasher and a hostess they have learned the restaurant business from the ground up. They worked for Brett Nelson for over 15 years assisting in building the day to day operations at Steer N Stein Restaurant and Catering Co. Sharon & Nick left Steer N Stein several years ago to start the Restaurant at Lake Elizabeth Golf Course and Sapphire Wedding Facility. After several successful years in the Lake Elizabeth area, the golf course transferred ownership, and the Giannini's were on the lookout for a new property. The Giannini's are now excited to be joining The City of Lancaster in the revitalization of Lancaster Boulevard.
